…I want to be a Dubai police officer. Why, you ask?

Consider the following police motor pool:

Audi R8 V10 Plus

Bentley Continental GT

Brabus B63 S (that’s a Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG tuned by Brabus)

Ferrari FF

Lamborghini Aventador

McLaren MP4-12C

Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG (the Gullwing)

Nissan GT-R

Sadly, the Aston Martin One-77 (a limited-edition, $1 million+ vehicle, shown in the photo at left) is no longer a part of the fleet. Its replacement? A $1.6 million Bugatti Veyron.

Why have such cars in a police fleet, you ask? Because Dubai can, my friend. Because Dubai can. (Also, if a fair number of your citizens are speeding around in Ferraris and Lamborghinis, you obviously need patrol cars that can catch them. See? Makes perfect sense.)
