Pirelli World Challenge at Circuit of the Americas

The Pirelli World Challenge sports car racing series had its season opener at Circuit of the Americas at the beginning of March, and your faithful motorsports reporter was there for the Saturday race! (I had plans for Sunday.)

I may have mentioned before that I love Pirelli World Challenge, but let me recap: I love Pirelli World Challenge. What is better than watching sports cars at speed? Nothing.

I took the opportunity to experiment with some different vantage points around the COTA and ended up spending the most time at a bridge with views of at least four turns and the beautiful COTA tower. Enjoy the photos! (And don’t forget to click for a larger view!)
